Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all swing tags are attached and the items are neatly folded.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any New Zealand Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
